My amazing appetizer for our appetizer party tonight is supposed to a Cranberry-Orange Brie Dip. I have everything I need and am making the recipe right now, but guess what? I'm supposed to let the cranberry relish cool for at least 2 hours in the fridge before baking it with the brie. Our party is in 1 hour and 10 minutes. And I haven't even gotten to the "put it in the fridge" part yet.
One day I'll learn.......
